• Check-in

  • From 5pm to 8pm
  • Guests must show photo identification when check-in
  • You must inform the property in advance of your arrival time

• Check out

  • Departure from 08:00 to 11:00

• Smoking is not permitted

  • A smoke detector is installed inside each apartment. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a charge of €150.00.

• Animals

  • Pets not allowed. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a charge of 200 euros as we will be forced to carry out extraordinary cleaning.

• Parties

  • It is not permitted to organize parties/events. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a charge of at least €150.00, proportional to the inconvenience caused and also including compensation for any damages.

• Conditions for children

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • To see correct information regarding prices and occupancy, add the number and ages of children who will be staying to your search.
• Conditions for cots and additional beds
  
• • The possibility of placing a cot must be agreed in advance because all the spaces have been studied.
  • There are no extra beds available in this property.

• Minimum age

  • The minimum age for check-in is 18.

• Payment Methods:

  • The property only accepts cash and credit card payments. It is possible to make a bank transfer only to pay a deposit, the balance of the reservation must be paid before arriving at the property.

• Cancellation / Prepayment

  • The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary depending on the type of apartment. Cancellation before 30 days of booking will not result in any charge or penalty to the guest; after this date the deposit will be retained by the structure for no-show.
